About Founder

Meet Trushar Shah, the visionary founder of Vivaan Projects Pvt. Ltd. Trushar is a Civil Engineering graduate, who embarked on his professional journey in 2005 at GDC, where he honed his skills and expertise in the construction industry until 2009. Seeking new challenges and opportunities for growth, he transitioned to Suyog Infra Pvt. Ltd., where he further enriched his knowledge and experience until 2011.

In 2012, fuelled by his entrepreneurial spirit and driven by a passion for innovation, Trushar embarked on his entrepreneurial journey, founding Vivaan Projects Pvt. Ltd. With over 18 years of diverse experience in the field, Trushar brings a wealth of knowledge, expertise, and a fresh perspective to his ventures.

Throughout his career, Trushar has demonstrated a commitment to excellence, integrity, and innovation, striving to deliver exceptional results in every project he undertakes. 2012

Vivaan Projects embarked on a remarkable journey in 2012 setting its sights on excellence in the field.

2014-15

Vivaan Projects and Suryashree Blocks delivered over 10 projects exceeding 37,500 sq. ft. with a combined value surpassing ₹5 crore.

2019

Vivaan Projects achieved new milestones, surpassing 50 projects totaling over 5 lakh sq. ft. with a combined value exceeding ₹25 crore.

2019-22

Vivaan Projects partnered with Maruti, delivering 5 showrooms and workshops exceeding 3 lakh sq. ft. and ₹7 crore in value.

2024

Vivaan Projects expanded its portfolio with 40+ residential bungalows and 30+ commercial projects.
